A resident of Lakarr Wali village, Chak No. 5-NP, Falak Sher, visited the NADRA (National Database and Registration Authority) office to obtain B-Forms for his children. To his surprise, he was informed that government records indicated he was dead.
A Living Citizen Deemed Dead
"I had reached the office considering myself alive; however, after being declared dead in NADRA records, I was asked to provide proof that I was alive," Falak Sher recounted.
NADRA officials clarified that correcting the record of his status as a living person is necessary before issuing B-Forms for his children.

The citizen expressed frustration, stating, "I have visited various government offices, but my records show me as dead." He appealed to authorities to rectify the error promptly so he could obtain the required forms for his children without further delay.
