- Strengthen the prosecution of cyber crime cases.
- Ensure timely completion of pending challans.
- Maintain close coordination with the agency’s Legal Wing for effective pursuit of cases in courts.
An official stated that DG Rizvi held a crucial meeting with the Chief Law Officer NCCIA at the agency’s headquarters, reviewing legal matters related to cyber crime cases. The discussion focused on:
- Effective prosecution.
- Timely completion of pending challans.
- Fulfilment of legal requirements.
- Strong representation of cases before courts.
Rizvi emphasized that close coordination between investigation teams and the Legal Wing was essential to ensure every case was dealt with on merit and all legal requirements were met for justice.
