NIGAB Taking Practical Steps To Advance Modern Technology, Research: DG NARC
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Sep, 2026) Director General, National Agricultural Research Centre (NARC) Dr Muhammad Mansoor stated on Thursday that NIGAB (National Institute for Genomics and Advanced Biotechnology) is dedicated to revolutionizing diverse sectors. He emphasized the implementation of modern technologies and laboratory setups, aiming to facilitate advanced technological adoption and foster progress.
These remarks were delivered during a seminar organized by NIGAB and Bela Ron Diagnostic in Islamabad. Dr Muhammad Ramzan Khan, Muhammad Abrar Wali, Dr Muhammad Asim (Director, Punjab Livestock), Dr Farhan (Director, Poultry Institute), Major (Retd.) Kamran, Ahmar Zaman Khan (Chief Executive of Bela Zone Diagnostic), and others addressed the gathering. A significant number of female researchers and women from various backgrounds attended, actively participating in the event.
