NOCs for establishing 22 poultry farms and 7 brick kilns approved
Faisalabad, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - September 4, 2026) The Divisional Environmental Approval Committee has approved No Objection Certificates (NOCs) for setting up 22 poultry farms and seven brick-kilns here on Friday.
Commissioner Dr Imran Hamid Sheikh chaired the meeting with Deputy Director Environmental Protection Agency Usman Azhar and other committee members in attendance.
Sheikh emphasized that poultry farms should be located in areas allocated under environmental compatibility to ensure service provision, waste collection, and protection. He also advocated for adhering to the parameters set by the Environmental Protection Agency for brick kilns' establishment.
