Noura bint Mohamed Al Kaabi, Minister of State, represented His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at the 55th Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) Leaders’ Meeting in Koror, Palau, from August 30 to September 4, 2026.
