Pakistan secured a squash medal at the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya 2026, with Muhammad Ashab Irfan and Noor Zaman reaching the men's singles bronze-medal play-off.

Ashab Irfan faced off against Abhay Singh of India in the semifinals, losing 3-0 (11-3, 12-10, 11-6) in a 35-minute match. Despite a valiant effort, Ashab couldn't overcome Abhay's control of the game.

In the other semifinal, Noor Zaman from Pakistan lost to Eain Yow Ng of Malaysia 3-0 (11-7, 11-2, 11-4) in a 26-minute contest. Eain Yow sealed the victory quickly, securing his place in the final.

The all-Pakistan bronze-medal match will take place on Sunday at 12:45 pm JST (8:45 am Pakistan time) at Court 1 of the Nagoya Kinjo Futo Arena. This ensures Pakistan's return to the individual squash medal table after a 17-year hiatus.
