The Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR) Faisalabad laboratory has announced its decision to offer technical assistance to university students working on various research projects. This initiative aims to strengthen academic research and empower students by providing access to scientific and laboratory facilities.

This was discussed during a meeting between PCRWR District Officer Tajammal Hussain Langrial, Director Riphah University Dr Khalil, and former Vice Chancellor Government College University Dr Zubair, who visited the PCRWR laboratory in Faisalabad. During the visit, they reviewed laboratory facilities and explored ways to extend technical support to university students engaged in research projects.

A spokesman for PCRWR stated that the interaction focused on facilitating students' research by providing relevant technical expertise, laboratory access, and professional guidance. The participants emphasized the benefits of collaboration between research institutions and universities, highlighting the importance of offering practical exposure to young researchers and enhancing the quality and relevance of academic research.

The meeting also discussed potential cooperation areas where university students could leverage the technical capabilities of PCRWR for their research projects, particularly in water resources-related studies. This initiative is expected to offer research students hands-on experience and access to specialized facilities, fostering strong connections between academic institutions and scientific research organizations.
