Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, Hassan Nawaz, Hussain Nawaz, members of the Sharif family, and close relatives attended the nikah ceremony held at Jati Umra. The event was private and limited to family guests.

- Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar,
- Punjab Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, and
- Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari also participated.
Mahnoor Safdar married Azaan Jabbar, son of businessman Jabbar Khalid.
