Police arrest 5 suspects, recover illegal weapons, drugs
District Police in Kohat arrested five suspects and recovered illegal weapons, ammunition, and narcotics in separate operations across the district on Saturday. These operations were carried out based on the directives of the District Police Officer (DPO) Kohat, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rai Mazhar Iqbal.
According to police:

A team led by DSP Shaukat Hayat and Bannu Gate Police Incharge Azmat Khan arrested three suspects:
- Sameer, son of Iftikharuddin, with a Kalashnikov, fixed magazine, and 30 rounds.
- Saddam Khan, son of Asif Khan, with 510 grams of hashish.
- Moeez, son of Amjad Mustafa, with a 30-bore pistol, fixed magazine, and five rounds.

In a separate operation, Shadi Khel Police Checkpost team led by Incharge Irfan Khan arrested two suspects:
- Gulfam, son of Lal Khan.
- Ikram, son of Saifullah, both residents of Dhoda Sharif.
Illegal weapons were also recovered from their possession.
Police have registered cases against all five suspects and are continuing their investigation.
