Police Conduct Mock Exercise At Anti-Terrorism Court
LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Aug, 2026) To maintain law and order and test emergency response capabilities, Civil Lines Division Police conducted a joint mock drill at the Anti-Terrorism Court here on Saturday.
Supervised by Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Kashif Riaz, the exercise saw participation from the Race Course Police, Bomb Disposal Squad, Rescue 1122, Elite Force, and other law enforcement agencies. During the drill, security personnel presented a practical demonstration of neutralizing mock terrorists and providing swift response during emergency situations, while officials reviewed the overall performance and coordination of participating units.
According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Civil Lines, such emergency exercises are being regularly organized to make police operations more effective and ensure stringent security across sensitive places, government installations, and educational institutions in the city.
