PPSC Announces Written, Final Results For Various Posts

(LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Aug, 2026) The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) announced the written and final results for various posts within different provincial departments.
According to a PPSC spokesperson, Secretary PPSC Afzal Ahmad has issued notifications regarding the successful candidates.
- For 10 posts of Sub-Engineer (Civil) in the Traffic Engineering and Transport Planning Agency, Lahore Development Authority (LDA), and Housing, Urban Development and Public Health Engineering Department: 38 candidates have been declared successful.
- For eight posts of District Officer Planning and Municipal Officer Planning in the Local Government and Community Development Department: 29 candidates passed the written examination.
The commission also shared final results for several positions:
- Five candidates were declared successful for five posts of Assistant Engineer in the Local Government and Community Development Department, recommended for appointment by the Punjab government.
- Three candidates qualified for three posts of Stenotypist in the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour and Human Resource Department.
- One candidate was declared successful for one post of Assistant Director in the board of Revenue Punjab.
- Four candidates were successful for four posts of Assistant Director at the Bureau of Statistics of the Planning and Development Board, recommended for appointment by the Punjab government.
The spokesperson noted that interview call letters will be uploaded to the PPSC website according to a scheduled timeline. Candidates will also receive notifications via SMS and email. They are advised to bring their original educational certificates and relevant documents during the interview.
