Progress On Implementation Of Public Relief Measures Reviewed
Dera Ismail Khan, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - September 22, 2026) The district administration is taking effective steps to extend relief to citizens by ensuring the availability of petroleum products at officially prescribed rates.
As part of their efforts, Additional Assistant Commissioner (AAC) Muhammad Irfan Khan inspected various petrol pumps along D.I. Khan road and assessed the implementation of government relief measures.
During the inspection, AAC Khan verified:
- The availability of public relief facilities.
- Prices of petroleum products.
- Other services provided to consumers.
- The per-litre subsidy for vehicles and motorcycles, along with mobile data records verification.
The review found that the concerned records and facilities were satisfactory overall. He directed petrol pump management to ensure benefits of the government subsidy reach every eligible citizen transparently and fairly. He also emphasized adherence to prescribed procedures and continued provision of relief facilities.
