Punjab CM Announces 7 More Electric Buses For Sargodha
UrduPoint (4th Sep, 2026) - Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, has announced seven additional electric buses for Sargodha and directed members of the Provincial Assembly to monitor various development projects in the district.
During a meeting with Sargodha's MPAs, who shared positive public feedback on government initiatives, the CM issued these directives. The lawmakers praised her for establishing the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cardiology and launching the electric bus service. They highlighted its daily benefit to people from Bhalwal, Bhera, Sillanwali, University, Shahinabad, Kot Momin, and Tehsil Sahiwal.
Maryam Nawaz noted that every city in Punjab is progressing and all resources are being utilized for public welfare. "Equitable and indiscriminate development is Nawaz Sharif’s vision," she stated.
