RDA Facilitates Housing Scheme Sponsors Through HSMS
Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has shared a prescribed requirements checklist through its Housing Scheme Management System (HSMS) to facilitate housing scheme sponsors in submitting complete applications.
This initiative was taken on the directions of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi Division and Director General RDA, Salman Ghani, to streamline the process and facilitate stakeholders.
According to an RDA spokesperson, sponsors can review the checklist and ensure that all required documents and information are complete before submitting their applications through HSMS. The move aims to:
- Help sponsors fulfill applicable legal, planning, technical, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimize deficiencies in applications.
- Enable the Authority to process cases efficiently.
