The Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has launched and operationalized a digital system for processing matters related to Private Housing Schemes (PHS) within its jurisdiction.
On the instructions of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division and Director General RDA Salman Ghani, this Housing Societies Management System (HSMS) aims to ensure:
- Transparency: All applications related to PHS will be processed transparently.
- Efficiency: The digital system streamlines application submission, scrutiny, and processing, reducing paperwork.
- Timely Disposal: Cases will be disposed of more quickly.
How It Works:
- Sponsors of Private Housing Schemes can submit applications through the HSMS portal online, adhering to applicable rules and regulations.
- The system provides a centralized platform for application submission, scrutiny, and approval.
Important Note:
All sponsors are required to submit fresh applications and revision requests through the HSMS instead of submitting physical applications to the RDA. Applicants should ensure all necessary information and documents are uploaded correctly to avoid delays.
