Seminar on Genitourinary Infections Held at GIMS Gambat

(SUKKUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Aug, 2026)) The Department of Urology at Gambat Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Gambat organized an academic seminar on "Infection and Inflammatory Conditions in the Genitourinary System" on Friday.
The seminar was conducted by renowned Robotic Kidney Transplant Surgeon and Professor of Urology, Dr. Waseem Sarwar Bhatti.
The session focused on the diagnosis, management, and latest advancements in the treatment of infections and inflammatory disorders affecting the kidney, urinary tract, and reproductive system. Dr. Bhatti highlighted the importance of early diagnosis, rational use of antibiotics, and modern surgical approaches in preventing complications and improving patient outcomes.
