Shamyl Credits Team Efforts For Gold’s Victory
Pakistan Gold batter Shamyl Hussain credited the entire team for its impressive performance, stating that the players capitalised on an opportunity and produced a collective effort to secure victory.
He said, "We did not play good cricket at the start, but we got a very good opportunity and made the most of it. The entire team performed really well, which helped us win the match."
Shamyl acknowledged the challenging hot weather but expressed determination from every player to give their best for the team. He added, "It is very hot, but everyone in the team is trying to perform as well as possible and contribute to the team’s success."
The young batter also praised his family’s encouragement during difficult times, which boosted his confidence to perform at his best. Noting the significance of the victory, Shamyl said, "The team’s collective effort and determination were key factors behind the victory. Such opportunities are valuable for young players seeking to establish themselves at the domestic level."
