Shaukat Yousafzai Denies Reports Of Ending Long March

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Sep, 2026) Shaukat Yousafzai, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Secretary, has denied reports that the long march has been called off.
Speaking to a private television channel, Yousafzai stated that no decision had been taken regarding the march and that PTI preparations were complete. He suggested that a decision could be made if the federal government held talks. He assured that the long march would remain peaceful and that government resources would not be used.
The PTI leader criticized the federal government for its actions, which he considered a violation of a court ruling.
