Shop Sealed, Owner Arrested For Illegal LPG Refilling On GT Road
PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Sep, 2026) The district administration of Peshawar on Tuesday sealed a shop allegedly involved in illegally filling liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) into vehicles on the GT Road and arrested its owner.
According to a statement issued by the Peshawar Deputy Commissioner’s Office, legal proceedings have been initiated against the shop owner in accordance with the law.
Deputy Commissioner Peshawar, Captain (Retd.) Sanaullah Khan, said that illegal activities that put human lives at risk would not be tolerated under any circumstances. He added that strict and indiscriminate action against such activities would continue in the future to ensure the safety and security of citizens.
