Six Outlaws Held in Paharpur Crackdown
Derā Ismail Khān, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 9th Sep, 2026) The district police have arrested six suspects in separate cases of attempted murder, theft and other crimes, and recovered weapons, ammunition, and stolen goods within the limits of Paharpur police station on Wednesday.
According to the police spokesman, three suspects, including Muhammad Hasnain, Muhammad Saeed, and Obaidullah, were arrested in an attempted murder case, with a 30-bore pistol also seized from them. Two proclaimed offenders, Muhammad Zahid and Fazlur Rehman, were also apprehended.
In another operation, the police detained Faisal on theft charges, recovering two mobile phones, a laptop, a motor pump, and a 30-bore pistol along with five rounds from him.
Further investigation into the arrests is ongoing. SP Paharpur Iqbal Khan Baloch stated that action against criminal elements would continue.
