Multan (UrduPoint) - In a bid to combat gas theft and illegal activities, the Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) UFG control task force has taken stringent measures. They have disconnected five gas meters in various areas of the city.

According to officials, two meters displayed reversed readings and were removed. Similarly, three meters were disconnected for using compressors to illegally obtain gas.

The company conducted door-to-door checking on 60 consumers as part of its ongoing efforts. These actions reflect the company's dedication to ensuring high-quality, uninterrupted service for all consumers and preventing gas theft.
