SPs Hold Open Court To Address Public Grievances At Police Lines Headquarters
Rawalpindi, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2026) Superintendent of Police (SP) Anum Sher and SP Headquarters Muhammad Saleem Khattak held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters to address citizens’ complaints. They issued directions to relevant officers for their prompt resolution.
The senior police officers emphasized that:
- Legal action on all marked applications must be completed within the stipulated time frame.
- Negligence or delay in resolving citizens’ grievances would not be tolerated.
- Optimal service delivery at police stations is a top priority, with all necessary measures being taken.
They further stated that these actions align with Punjab Chief Minister's vision of protecting citizens' lives and property and providing essential services.
