SSP Investigation Holds Open Court To Address Citizens’ Complaints

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Investigation Rawalpindi, Saifullah, and SP Headquarters Muhammad Saleem Khattak, held an open court at Police Lines Headquarters to address public grievances.
During the open court, the officers listened to the concerns of the visitors and issued directives to the concerned officials for their prompt resolution. They emphasized that legal action on all marked applications must be completed within the stipulated timeframe. Any negligence or delay in resolving citizens’ problems would not be tolerated.
The officers reaffirmed that protecting the lives and property of citizens and providing them with necessary facilities remain top priorities of the police department. They added that all possible measures are being taken to ensure the timely resolution of public grievances and improve service delivery for citizens.
