SSP Operations Holds Open Court – UrduPoint

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations, Malik Tariq Mehboob, here on Monday held an open court (Khuli Kachehri) at the Police Lines Headquarters to address public grievances and issued directives to concerned officers for their prompt resolution.
Key Directives:
- Ensure legal action on marked applications is completed within the stipulated timeframe.
- No tolerance for negligence or delay in resolving citizens’ complaints.
- Provide efficient and citizen-friendly services at police stations at all times.
SSP emphasized that protecting citizens’ lives and property and providing necessary facilities remains the top priorities of Punjab Police. All efforts are being made to ensure timely resolution of public grievances and improved service delivery.
He also stressed officers must remain responsive to citizens and take immediate action on legitimate complaints according to the law.
