Taxpayers Offered 5pc Relief
BOREWALA, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - September 22, 2026) Tax defaulters can avail five percent concession by paying their outstanding taxes in full by September 30, said District Officer Excise and Taxation and Anti-Narcotics Bashir Ahmad Kharral.
He urged taxpayers to clear their outstanding dues by the deadline to benefit from the special concession offered by the government.
"He expressed these views while talking at the Excise and Taxation Office in Azimabad."
Bashir Ahmad further emphasized that the special concession had been provided to facilitate taxpayers and appealed to citizens to ensure payment of their outstanding taxes within the stipulated period. He assured that staff at the Excise and Taxation Office was available to provide information and guidance regarding taxes, encouraging taxpayers to approach the office for any queries or assistance.
He appealed to taxpayers not to wait until September 30 and pay their outstanding dues at the earliest to avail the concession.
