Air operations across the country disrupted due to Middle East tensions
More than 60 international flights were cancelled from various airports, including Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport, causing severe inconvenience to thousands of passengers.
Sources revealed that 15 flights to Jeddah, Riyadh, the United Arab Emirates, and other destinations were called off from Lahore Airport. Similarly, 19 flights were cancelled from Karachi’s Jinnah International Airport, 14 from Islamabad Airport, 2 from Sialkot, 4 from Faisalabad, 4 from Peshawar, and 5 from Multan Airport.
Domestic and international airlines operating from Lahore and other airports nationwide are experiencing frequent schedule changes, further exacerbating passenger difficulties.
