Two Defendants Convicted Of Assaulting Petrol Station Employee, Ordered To Community Service At Scene Of Incident

ABU DHABI (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM – 20th Aug, 2026) Al Ain Misdemeanour Court has convicted two individuals of assaulting a petrol station employee by force and violence while he was performing his duties as a public service employee. The dispute arose over cleaning a vehicle’s windscreen.
The court ordered the defendants to perform two months’ community service at the same petrol station where the incident occurred and imposed a fine of AED 50,000 each for assaulting a public service employee and disturbing public order.
