Two Held With Kites, Strings
LAHORE, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Sep, 2026) Mujahid Squad Naka Sherakot on Sunday foiled an attempt to transfer illegal kites and chemical strings to Lahore by arresting two accused.
According to police, Zafar Iqbal and Umar Farooq were transporting a heavy consignment of kites and dangerous strings from Hyderabad to Lahore through public transport, when checking, the police seized more than 200 kites and 19 string reels concealed skillfully in LCD cartons.
The accused have been handed over to the Sherakot Investigation Police Station for further legal action.
