UAE leaders have extended their congratulations to Sheikh Hibatullah Akhundzada, the Emir of Afghanistan, on his country’s Independence Day. This includes His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), as well as His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who sent similar messages to both the Emir of Afghanistan and Prime Minister Mohammad Hassan Akhund.
