UoG Organizes Seerat-un-Nabi Book Exhibition

Quaid-e-Azam Library of the University of Gujrat (UoG) organized a book exhibition on Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) in connection with Rabi-ul-Awwal.
According to university sources, Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Zahoor-ul-Haq, Tamgha-i-Imtiaz, inaugurated the event and stated that studying Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) could significantly contribute to character development in the younger generation.
The exhibition showcases books on Seerat-un-Nabi by Eastern and Western authors, along with MPhil and PhD research theses completed at the university. The vice chancellor suggested uploading these theses onto the university website and encouraging college students, particularly those in intermediate studies, to visit the exhibition. He also proposed extending the exhibition until September 30 to provide more students an opportunity to benefit from it.
Furthermore, he recommended establishing a Centre for Human Excellence at the library.
Chief Librarian Sheikh Abdul Rasheed revealed that the kids' center is undergoing renovation and will be revitalized soon. He also announced plans to create dedicated sections on Seerat-un-Nabi, Quaid-e-Azam, and Allama Iqbal within the library.
