FAISALABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 7th Sep, 2026)

The district police smashed 149 criminal gangs and arrested 388 of their members during the last eight months. Police teams recovered looted booty worth about Rs 115 million from their possession.

According to a police spokesperson, the recovered looted property included:

• 323 motorcycles
• 9 rickshaws
• 43 cell phones
• 105 cattle
• Gold ornaments
• Electric wires, and other items.

Police also seized:

• 166 pistols
• 3 guns
• 2 revolvers
• several bullets.
