15 Stolen Motorcycles Recovered As Rawalpindi Police Bust Three Gangs
RAWALPINDI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – August 27, 2026) | Police have intensified operations against gangs allegedly involved in street crime, motorcycle theft, burglary and other theft-related offences. They arrested five suspects belonging to three gangs and recovered 15 stolen motorcycles, cash, two watches, and weapons.
According to a police spokesperson:
- Sadiqabad Police held two members of a gang and recovered eight stolen motorcycles and cash from their possession.
- Pirwadhai Police arrested the alleged ringleader of another gang, seizing four stolen motorcycles and a weapon.
- RA Bazaar Police apprehended a two-member gang, recovering three stolen motorcycles, two watches, and stolen cash.
Police stated that separate legal proceedings have been initiated against the suspects, who will be presented before the court with solid evidence. They assured continued operations against criminal gangs to protect citizens and curb street crime, theft, and burglary in the city.
