96 Suspects’ Bail Pleas in F-10 Kashmir Protest Case Fixed for Arguments on Sept 3
ISLAMABAD, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 1st Sep, 2026) An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Islamabad on Tuesday fixed September 3 for arguments on post-arrest bail applications filed by 96 suspects arrested in a case registered over a protest concerning Kashmir in Sector F-10 of the federal capital.
During the hearing, the prosecutor informed the court that the case record and investigating officer were presently before the Islamabad High Court, preventing advancement of arguments.
The judge, Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain, observed that the prosecution was being given an opportunity and directed it to produce the record at the next hearing. The court adjourned further proceedings until September 3.
Police had registered the case at Shalimar Police Station under provisions of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
