AED420 Million Expansion Project at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital to Boost Specialised Healthcare Services in Dubai

DUBAI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM – 10th Sep, 2026) Mediclinic Middle East has announced an AED420 million investment to expand Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai. The expansion aims to strengthen the hospital’s specialized and advanced medical services and make them more accessible to residents of southern Dubai.
This announcement comes as Dubai’s healthcare sector experiences significant growth, driven by the emirate’s attractive incentives and supportive environment for healthcare investors. This has attracted numerous international and multinational medical facilities to Dubai, enhancing the city’s healthcare system with advanced specialized capabilities.
The project’s key focus:
- Providing an integrated patient experience through easier access to specialized services.
- Streamlining diagnostic pathways and expanding outpatient services.
- Strengthening care coordination throughout every stage—from consultation and diagnosis to treatment, recovery, and follow-up.
Specific enhancements include:
- Oncology: New facilities supporting high-quality cancer care with a focus on superior standards.
- Pediatrics: A dedicated paediatric urgent care unit providing specialized services for infants and children.
- Musculoskeletal & Sports Medicine: Expanded services focusing on treatment, recovery, and rehabilitation.
- Day Surgery Theatres & Day Care Suites: New facilities enhancing operational efficiency and patient comfort.
The expansion will also leverage smart technologies to automate processes, improve patient experiences, and enhance clinical safety and efficiency.
Construction is expected to begin soon, with completion scheduled for 2027.
