Ajman Crown Prince Reviews Real Estate Development Projects in Al Zorah

AJMAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / WAM - 25th Sep, 2026) H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of Ajman Executive Council, reviewed a number of future projects in the Al Zorah area, including real estate development plans, infrastructure projects, and supporting services. These initiatives aim to strengthen Al Zorah's position as an integrated urban, investment, and tourism destination within the Emirate of Ajman.
The Crown Prince received a briefing from Al Zorah Development Company on its development plans, highlighting the upcoming mixed-use waterfront destination in Al Zorah. This project will encompass residential, commercial, leisure, and tourism components, contributing to improved quality of life and attracting residents, investors, and visitors, in line with the objectives of Ajman Vision 2030.

H.H. Sheikh Ammar was introduced to the details of future projects and the integrated residential options and lifestyle offerings they will provide, along with facilities and services that will enhance the area's appeal while preserving its coastal character and environmental assets.
Al Zorah is a prominent coastal and investment destination in the emirate, boasting a nature reserve alongside residential, leisure, sports, and tourism facilities. This year has seen the announcement of new projects, including a AED2.7 billion mixed-use waterfront destination featuring over 2,000 residential units and commercial components, as part of Al Zorah's urban expansion plans.
