ASI Dismissed Over Negligence, Poor Investigation
Faisalabad police have dismissed an Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) from service for negligence in the discharge of official duties and conducting a poor investigation.
According to a police spokesman, SP Iqbal Division Saeed Ahmed took disciplinary action against ASI Nasir after a departmental inquiry found him responsible for misconduct and shortcomings in his performance. The inquiry established negligence in official responsibilities and deficiencies in the investigation. As a result, the officer was punished with demotion in rank and dismissal from service.
SP Saeed Ahmed issued the necessary orders and directed the immediate implementation of the disciplinary action.
