ATC Issues Non-bailable Arrest Warrants For 8 PTI Lawmakers In Nov 26 Protest Case
ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – September 10, 2026) An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Islamabad on Thursday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for eight PTI lawmakers in connection with the November 26 protest case.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Supra issued the warrants on the request of police in FIR No. 714 registered at Margalla Police Station. The warrants were issued against MNAs Shahid Khattak, Maulana Naseem Ali Shah, Amir Dogar, Atif Khan and Iqbal Afridi. Similarly, arrest warrants were issued against MPAs Meena Khan, Dr Amjad and Shafi Jan.
The court directed police to arrest all the accused and produce them before the court.
