Cheema Condoles Deaths Of Newborns In PIMS Fire

Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Establishment Division, Ahad Khan Cheema on Wednesday expressed deep grief and sorrow over the tragic deaths of newborn babies in a fire incident at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS).
In a statement, the minister said, "the loss of innocent newborn lives in the fire was extremely heartbreaking and tragic." He extended heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the bereaved families, praying for Allah Almighty’s grace upon them.
Cheema emphasized the need to thoroughly investigate the incident and bring all facts to light. He mentioned that a committee had been constituted on the Prime Minister’s directives to probe the incident and assign responsibility.
"The committee will soon identify those responsible, and anyone found guilty of negligence will be punished," he assured.
