China Welcomes Regional Cooperation Following Pakistan-Saudi Arabia-Türkiye Defence Agreement
China has expressed support for greater solidarity and cooperation among countries in the region following the signing of a joint defence agreement among Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye in Makkah.
Responding to a question from APP about the agreement, the Spokesperson of China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated on Tuesday that Beijing consistently supports regional countries in strengthening cooperation to promote peace and stability.
“China has always supported countries in the region in strengthening unity and cooperation and jointly promoting peace and stability in the region,” the spokesperson said.
This statement highlights China’s broader position of encouraging regional countries to enhance solidarity and cooperation for the sake of maintaining peace and stability.
