CM Bugti Congratulates Entire Nation On Blessed Occasion Of Eid Milad-un-Nabi
Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti on Tuesday congratulated the entire nation and especially the people of Balochistan on the blessed occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH). He stated that the birth of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (PBUH) is a great gift from Allah Almighty to humanity, and His (PBUH) life serves as an exemplary guide for us.
In his message, the Chief Minister highlighted that Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) reminds us to follow the teachings of this esteemed figure who enlightened humanity from the darkness of ignorance, oppression, and injustice, offering them the light of knowledge, justice, and brotherhood. He emphasized the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH) emphasis on protecting the rights of vulnerable groups: orphans, the poor, women, and the needy.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti asserted that the blessed life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) provides a comprehensive guide for us, advocating for justice, fairness, honesty, trust, equality, and mutual respect as foundational elements of society. He noted that today’s challenges can be overcome by embracing these golden principles in our individual and collective lives.
As Pakistan is an Islamic democratic state, the CM emphasized that our national identity is deeply rooted in the teachings of Islam, promoting peace, security, brotherhood, and love for humanity. On Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), he called for a commitment to foster unity, tolerance, and mutual respect, countering hatred, prejudice, extremism, and division within our society.
Balochistan, he explained, is a mosaic of diverse nations, tribes, languages, and cultures, with all citizens considered equal. The teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) underscore equality, brotherhood, and the fulfillment of human rights. Promoting peace, brotherhood, and inter-faith/inter-religious harmony is a shared responsibility.
The CM noted that the Balochistan government is dedicated to ensuring welfare, peace, order, education, health, and economic development for all citizens, with a particular focus on meeting the needs of the weak and underprivileged. He cited Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) as a guide for fulfilling state responsibilities equitably.
On this joyous occasion, he encouraged people to remember those facing difficulties, poverty, or other challenges, emphasizing that sharing joys with deserving individuals, helping the needy, and supporting vulnerable groups is a practical expression of love for Seerat-un-Nabi. He appealed for peace, order, religious tolerance, and brotherhood during Eid Milad-un-Nabi.
