Commissioner Kohat Division Holds Online Open Court, Orders Prompt Redressal Of Public Grievances

Commissioner Kohat Division Syed Moatasim Billah Shah held an Online Open Court on Monday under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government’s Good Governance Programme to provide citizens direct access to the administration.

During the session, the Commissioner heard public complaints and suggestions from across the division and issued immediate directives to relevant officials for resolution. He emphasized the need to avoid delays and enhance service delivery.

Deputy Commissioners of Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Orakzai, and Kurram also participated, briefing the Commissioner on issues raised in their respective districts and the progress made so far.

Shah highlighted that direct public access to administration is a key priority of the Good Governance Programme. He directed officials to treat public complaints as a priority and ensure timely relief to citizens.
