Cotton Factory Gutted
BAHAWALPUR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 27th Sep, 2026) A stock of cotton at a factory was gutted after a fire broke out inside Azam Cotton Factory near 24-BC on Yazman Road.
According to Rescue-1122 sources, the fire suddenly erupted in the factory causing damage to 20,000 maund cotton stock. On information, the rescuers rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control. The cause of the fire remains unknown. However, no loss of life was reported.
