Court Extends Physical Remand Of 3 Suspects In Kallar Syedan Seminary Murder Case
RAWALPINDI, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 10th Sep, 2026) Civil Judge extended the physical remand of three suspects, including a seminary teacher, by four days in connection with the alleged torture and murder of a 10-year-old student in Kallar Syedan.
Police produced the prime suspect, Sanaullah, along with co-accused Mujtaba and Hamza Tayyab upon the completion of their initial five-day remand, accompanied by the victim’s legal counsel, Waqas Kiyani.
The court granted the investigating officer’s request for additional custody, remanding all three suspects to police custody for four more days to complete ongoing investigations.
