DC Kohat Visits Schools, Pays Tribute to Teachers on World Teachers’ Day
PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Oct, 2026) Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kohat Muhammad Nawaz on Monday visited various government schools to review educational activities, teaching standards and facilities available to students. He was accompanied by Additional DC (Finance and Planning) and Assistant Commissioner, Kohat.
During the visits, held in connection with World Teachers’ Day, the deputy commissioner met teachers, presented them with gifts, and paid tribute to their important role in educating the younger generation and building a better society. Muhammad Nawaz also interacted with students and reviewed the overall teaching environment and facilities being provided to them.
