DC Tank for Immediate Measures For Restoration Prolonged Mobile Network Suspension In Gomal

(APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 9th Sep, 2026) Deputy Commissioner Tank Jamshed Khan has underlined the need for immediate measures to address the prolonged suspension of mobile network services in the Gomal area.
In this regard, he was chairing a meeting where representatives of various mobile network companies, local youth, and tribal elders attended. The participants discussed the difficulties being faced by residents, students, businesspeople, and other mobile users due to the continued unavailability of network services.
The meeting also reviewed the need for practical measures to resolve the issue. Deputy Commissioner Khan directed representatives of the mobile companies to complete all necessary technical and administrative steps at the earliest to restore network services in Gomal and provide relief to the local population.
The meeting resolved to accelerate coordinated efforts for the restoration of services through close collaboration between relevant departments and mobile network companies, with a commitment to address the issue on a priority basis.
Meanwhile, the youth and elders of Gomal appreciated the Deputy Commissioner’s initiative to convene this meeting, bringing together representatives from the relevant mobile companies to facilitate the resolution of the longstanding problem.
