The city of Dubai is getting ready to welcome specialists, researchers, and industry professionals from around the globe for the 25th Dubai Derma conference and exhibition, taking place from September 8th to 10th at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

A Global Platform for Dermatology and Aesthetics

The event, with the theme "Shaping the Future of Dermatology & Aesthetics," will bring together over 400 exhibitors and 1,800 international brands from 115 countries. The Republic of Korea is set to have the largest country participation.

Prof. Abdulsalam AlMadani, Chairman of Dubai Derma and Roving Ambassador of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean for the GCC Region, expressed his pride in Dubai Derma’s growth, stating, "Dubai Derma has become an extension of Dubai’s vision to build global platforms that bring knowledge, expertise, and innovation together."

Scientific Excellence and Diverse Sessions

The scientific program boasts over 340 speakers, 70 sessions, 350 lectures, 65 case studies, and 40 professional poster presentations. It will also feature collaborations with 17 international scientific affiliations, 50 workshops, 30 practical workshops, 11 live clinical sessions, and more.

Addressing Diverse Dermatology Topics

Topics will range from medical research and new therapeutics to paediatric dermatology, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, and advances in laser medicine. Special sessions will explore psychodermatology and skin of colour, highlighting the event’s commitment to addressing diverse dermatology concerns.

Emphasizing Clinical Practice and Collaboration

Dr. Ibrahim Galadari, Chairman of Dubai Derma Conference and Professor of Dermatology, emphasized the practical value of the program, saying, "Our aim is for every participant to leave Dubai Derma with new knowledge and practical insights that can contribute to advancing the quality of dermatological care."

Encouraging Junior Dermatologists’ Participation

Resident and junior dermatologists will have opportunities to present clinical cases and engage in interactive discussions. Clinical case and digital poster competitions will also foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Dr. Hassan Galadari, Head of the Scientific Committee, Dubai Derma, MD, FAAD, and Associate Professor at the UAE University’s College of Medicine and Health Sciences, summarized the program’s focus on clinical interaction and knowledge exchange, making Dubai Derma a must-attend event for dermatology professionals worldwide.
