Dubai Healthcare City Marks Groundbreaking of AED3 Billion Dubai Creek Gardens Residential Development

Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) has marked the groundbreaking of Dubai Creek Gardens, an AED3 billion master-planned residential development by Global Partners Ltd in DHCC Phase 2. Spanning over 127,000 square metres along Dubai Creek, this project significantly contributes to the destination’s integrated healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle ecosystem.

Design and Features

Designed as a low-density community with a strong focus on nature, Dubai Creek Gardens will dedicate 70% of its total area to landscaped gardens, parks, sports facilities, and wellness spaces.

Ceremony Details

The groundbreaking ceremony, held at DHCC Phase 2, was attended by senior executives and key representatives from the Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA), Global Partners Ltd, Mirage Leisure and Development, OCTA Properties, BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH, and Marriott International.

Alignment with Urban Vision

The development supports Dubai‘s Quality of Life Strategy 2033 and the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan by expanding green spaces and recreational areas. DHCA’s commitment to attracting foreign direct investment is reflected in its role as a founding shareholder of the Global Partners Property Fund II, facilitating long-term investment in DHCC Phase 2.

Residences and Amenities

Dubai Creek Gardens will offer over 1,400 residences along with curated retail and dining options. It will feature the UAE‘s first Westin and Renaissance branded residences, developed in collaboration with Marriott International.
