Dubai Land Department (DLD) is showcasing its digital services, investment opportunities, and initiatives supporting Emirati talent and businesses at the 22nd International Property Show (IPS 2026), which opened today at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The exhibition runs until 9th September.

  • Market Growth: Dubai’s real estate market saw significant growth in H1 2026, with 104 completed projects, exceeding AED111 billion in investment value, and adding 24,537 units.
  • First-Time Home Buyer Programme: This initiative has aided over 3,200 residents in purchasing their first homes, generating AED5 billion in transactions since its launch in July 2025.
  • Global Market Trends: Mohammed Yahya, DLD’s Director of Real Estate Transactions Department, discussed global trends, emphasizing the role of open data and digital transformation in property registration.
