Eid Milad-un-Nabi Observed Across Hazara With Religious Fervour

Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) was observed with religious zeal and fervor across Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, and other parts of the Hazara Division on Wednesday. The day was marked by:

  • Religious gatherings
  • Milad programmes
  • Rallies and processions
    with thousands of devotees participating to express their love and devotion to the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

In Abbottabad, the city wore a festive air as:

  • Mosques, buildings, streets, and roads were adorned with vibrant lights, ribbons, banners, and flags.
  • Milad-un-Nabi processions commenced at 9:00 am from various points and converged at Lady Garden.
  • The main procession then proceeded to Main Bazaar Abbottabad, culminating at the designated site.
  • Participants chanted Durood-o-Salam and Naat throughout, accompanied by banners, placards, and flags.
  • Bike rallies were also organized, with bikers displaying their enthusiasm by joining the main procession.

Security arrangements were extensive, with:

  • Thousands of police personnel deployed along procession routes.
  • Strict security measures at sensitive locations and gathering areas.

Similar celebrations took place in Haripur, Mansehra, and other cities within Hazara, where communities came together to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
