Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) Celebrated with Religious Fervour in Hyderabad
Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW) was observed across the Hyderabad district with great religious devotion and fervour. The Hyderabad Police ensured peaceful celebrations through comprehensive security arrangements.
Security Measures:
SSP Hyderabad, Shahzeb Chachar, visited processions at Latifabad, Haider Chowk, and Kohinoor Chowk to oversee security. Around 1,800 police officers, including all SDPOs and SHOs, were deployed. Safe City cameras and additional personnel monitored major procession routes.
Community Engagement:
Police officers met with procession organisers, citizens, and representatives of civil society, expressing gratitude for their cooperation. They encouraged followers to embrace the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) teachings on love, peace, brotherhood, unity, and fraternity, fostering harmony and tolerance in society.

Shahzeb Chachar described Eid Milad-un-Nabi as a blessed occasion marking the birth of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). He emphasized that by following the Prophet’s teachings, society can strengthen bonds of mutual respect and promote fraternity.
